Seipasa, a company specialized in the formulation, development and marketing of botanical-based solutions (biopesticides, biostimulants and fertilizers) for agriculture, appointed Juan Manuel López Martínez as new CMO. In this new professional stage, Juan Manuel will be in charge of designing and implementing strategies that allow the company to consolidate its global growth.
Juan Manuel López Martínez gathers more than 25 years of extensive professional experience leading projects and teams within the agri-food sector. During this time, he worked in companies such as Nestlé, serving as head of agricultural research projects in the area of crop protection. Later, he joined Fertiberia as head of research and commercial technical development of products in Spain and export support.
Then, he continued his profesional development in the field of strategic consulting in competitive intelligence, where López worked as senior consultant and specialist in the agri-food sector for southern Europe and Latin America.
After passing through Brussels, where he worked in a Hispano-Belgian Foundation developing agrifood projects for the European Commission, he joined Syngenta as Asset Manager of insecticides and nutrition for the Iberia market. Within the Swiss company, López led the portfolios of products concerning business development, brands, regulatory framework, marketing and relationship with third companies.
