Seipasa, a company specialising in the development of natural solutions for agriculture, has formalised its collaboration with the Campus Diversia project by sponsoring a forest in Finca Mijares, a natural enclave of more than 400 hectares in Yátova (Valencia). The initiative is a further step in Seipasa’s commitment to sustainability, social inclusion and respect for people and the environment.
Campus Diversia, spearheaded by the Amica association, promotes the training and professional integration of young people with disabilities in a rural and natural environment of great ecological and historical value. At Finca Mijares, extensive forests coexist with organic vineyards, olive groves and aromatic plants. The area, which is crossed by the River Mijares and irrigation channels of Arab origin dating back more than 800 years, also houses a 19th century farmhouse that symbolises the link between nature, culture and community.
The project aims to become a reference in the fields of education, training, green employment for people with disabilities, social inclusion and organic farming. It does this through a combination of socio-occupational training, land stewardship, rural development and activities in the natural environment that promote both the development of the project participants and active conservation of the environment.
