The Spanish company has opened its new laboratory premises with the aim of furthering its in-house knowledge and improving the development of its products. The new head of the microbiology area is Dr. Inmaculada del Castillo, who is an expert in the use of micro-organisms in sustainable agriculture.
Ecotrama, the International Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Competition, chooses its top winners at an event held in Montoro, Cordoba (Spain). The competition, sponsored by Seipasa, is organised by Ecovalia and the Diputación de Córdoba (Cordoba’s Provincial Council).
