Seipasa, granted by IVACE for the execution of the second phase of the Horizon 2020 programme

The Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) subsidized Seipasa for the execution of the second phase of the Horizon 2020 programme. The grant is intended to prepare the report the European Commission must review before granting the projects.

In July 2016, IVACE issued a positive decision to Seipasa for the execution of phase 1 of the H2020 programme within the plan of complementary actions to promote R&D&i for the year 2016. In this phase, the Spanish company carried out a feasibility study about the Fungisei project, a new generation biological fungicide developed and patented by Seipasa.

IVACE grants are part of the Fungisei project: the liquid biopesticide for an integrated and effective pest control. This is the project by which Seipasa participates in the Horizon 2020 programme for the promotion of innovation and research within the EU. After having passed phase 1 (execution of the feasibility study on Fungisei) the Spanish company specialized in the formulation, development and marketing of botanical-based solutions (biopesticides, biostimulants and fertilizers) for agriculture is involved in the second phase of the aforementioned program.
