The business magazine Interempresas has reflected the SEIPASA research work has been doing for over ten
years in collaboration with various universities and University of
Farmacy of Valencia (Spain).
These agreements are part of SEIPASA business line focused on researching new and better treatments to Zero Residues. These include the joint work being done with the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Valencia, whose main line of research focuses on the characterization of the active ingredients from different natural extracts, according to various biographical sources have protective properties. The main objective is to further develop new products to protect crops against certain diseases.
M. Amparo Blazquez is Professor of Pharmacology, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Valencia and the person who has worked with SEIPASA in recent years in different processes. "Approximately in 2000 began the first contacts with the company and since then we have continued to collaborate on numerous occasions and as a result of various studies." Amparo Blazquez emphasizes that there are very few cases in which companies work together with universities on research projects. "Companies should contact the university to find ways of collaboration, as did SEIPASA at the time. It is vital to further progress and development of new products.
